Lower School students (ages 5 to 11) are engaged in rich academic and co-curricular programs. Themes of self awareness, connection and socialization are expanded to encompass community service and student cooperative projects. Because we encourage student collaboration, students readily embrace and support one another's talents.
Lower school curriculum incorporates advancing levels of core academics, including language arts, math, science and social studies, as well as co-curriculars which enrich and support learning. Co-curriculars include art, Spanish, music, physical education and regular field trips for hands on learning opportunities. Individualized learning plans allow students to fully achieve their potential in a group learning environment.
